Nokia has launched its new phone 2780 flip which is the successor to the Nokia 2760 Flip which is available widely, including in India. Nokia 2780 Flip runs on the KaiOS platform which means it gets the support of WhatsApp. It is powered by a Qualcomm processor.
1. Display
It carries a dual screen, a 1.77-inch TFT display on the back, and a 2.7-inch TFT main screen.
2. Optics
In the optics section, it comes with a single 5MP camera on the rear with LED flash.
3. Under the Hood
The Nokia 2780 Flip is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 214 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and up to 32GB of expandable storage offering a peak download of 150Mbps. It runs on the KaiOS platform which allows the apps like WhatsApp and more.
4. PowerHouse
The device is powered by a 1,450mAh removable battery which should last for days. The phone support a USB Type-C port for charging.
5. Others
The phone has Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a headphone jack for connectivity.
On this phone, you can use a regular GSM SIM which will provide 4G connectivity.
6. Price
It is priced at $89.99 (Rs.7,320 approx) and from November 17 onwards it will start selling in the US as per the Nokia US website. It comes in two colour variants Red and Blue. However, we still don’t know if the Nokia 2780 Flip will be coming to India.
