Design
According to the rumors, Galaxy S25 Ultra will get a slightly slimmer body as compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It will sport a 6.9-inch matching competitor like the iPhone 16 Pro Max Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It is also expected that Samsung could go for a titanium frame exclusive to the Ultra model.
Camera
The rumors suggest that the device will come with 200MP main sensor, similar to the S24 Ultra but with improvements in AI processing for better low-light performance and enhanced details. It may include a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and two telephoto lenses. It is also expected that Samsung is working on refining its 100x Space Zoom technology to produce clearer and more stable zoomed-in shoots.
Under the Hood
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor in U.S. and Indian markets, while it might come with Exynos 2500 chipset in Europe.
It maybe come with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB.

It is expected that the S25 Ultra will come with a 5,500mAh battery to power the device with support for 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
Price And Release Date In India
It is expected that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be officially unveiled in February 2025.
If we talk about the price the leaks suggest that the new device could start at around Rs. 1,20,000 for the base variant.
